For the past week, I've been using stationary bike pedals at my desk at work. In addition to cycling at my desk, I sometimes put my pedals on top of my desk for an arm workout too! Sensing I should be doing more, I also signed up for a yoga class!
I will be sweating and stretching at the Funky Buddha Yoga Hothouse!!!!!!
I spontaneously got up and exercised this morning, and I felt great. I am also doing my healthy eating challenge, so I'm trying to make some progress.
